We currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand & United Kingdom. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of you placing your order, and then take 1-8 business days to reach your doorstep. Depending on the province you are ordering from, delivery times may vary. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking precautions to make sure that our products are shipped and monitored properly.
For orders within Canada, we are using Canada Post with tracking. For orders in the US and International, USPS or DHL services will be used to expedite your orders with tracking.
Unfortunately, at this time there are no local or in-store pick ups. All orders will be delivered via Canada Post Express, DHL or Purolator for Canadian orders. DHL and UPS services may be used for U.S & International orders.
If 24 hours have passed since your order has been processed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes. Please email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items that may be lost in transit. You are responsible for shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
If there is an issue with your order, then simply notify us, and we will give you a refund. We make every effort to check each and every package before delivery.
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
